This week marked the beginning of my journey toward 13.1 miles. Some runs felt strong, others felt challenging, but every mile reminded me that progress isn’t built in a single workout… it’s built through consistency.

One of the biggest lessons from week one has been learning to trust the process. Not every run needs to be perfect. Not every workout needs to break records. Sometimes the goal is simply to lace up your shoes and show up.

That’s what Spin Babe is about.
